From Local Artisans to Luxury Standards
Eskafopaint OÜ began as a small collective of Estonian painters and window restorers who noticed a widening gap in the high-end residential market: there were many general contractors, but very few specialists who understood the micro-precision required for luxury coatings and structural glazing.
Estonia's harsh climate—characterized by humid Baltic winds, heavy winter snow loads, and sub-zero temperatures—demands an advanced understanding of material behaviors. A standard interior paint coat will crack, and standard window glazing will leak energy if not selected and installed with extreme care.
By focusing strictly on specialized training, high-end European pigments, and structural glass engineering, we grew into a trusted subcontractor for premium developments throughout Tallinn and Harjumaa.

Martin holds over 18 years of experience in architectural coatings. He oversees all interior textures, custom lime plastering, and pigment selection for Eskafopaint's signature projects.

Kristjan is a certified glass technician specializing in modern low-profile steel systems and structural wind-loads. He manages all window installations and custom frameless designs.

Client Relations & Project Architect
Helena coordinates client requirements with site architects. She ensures that all project specifications comply with EU build standards and coordinates material scheduling.

Our administrative office and workshops are located in the scenic residential area of **Pärnamäe küla**, Viimsi parish. From this central Baltic location, we deploy specialized field crews to active jobsites throughout Tallinn, Viimsi, Keila, Maardu, and surrounding parishes in Harju County.
